Your taste buds will be inspired by the unique culinary creations in our ‘Classic Selections’ and our ‘Du Jour Specials’ menus. The Pinnacle Restaurant features hand-made seasonally and globally-inspired dishes created with local, seasonal produce.
Whether you choose a culinary creation from our daily specials or a traditional favourite from our menu, fine dining is a signature service at Summit Terrace. Two meals daily are included in your monthly accommodation fee.
